RPV Construction was founded by Pashk Vila and his son Ronaldo Vila — a father-and-son team who take real pride in the work they put their name to. Based in Peterborough, we work across Cambridgeshire and the wider East of England.
We set up RPV Construction Ltd in 2023 because we believe in doing things properly: straight talking, fair pricing, and quality you can see. Whether it is a full rear extension, a kitchen renovation, or a set of bespoke fitted wardrobes, we treat every project like it is our own home.
We are not a big faceless firm. When you call RPV, you speak to one of us. When we quote, we mean it. When we finish, we stand behind it.

Home Extensions
Single-storey and double-storey rear extensions, side returns, over-garage additions. We manage the full project from groundwork to plastering.
Conversions
Garage conversions, loft conversions and basement conversions. We transform underused spaces into fully functional, high-quality rooms.
Garden Rooms
Bespoke garden rooms, home offices and outbuildings. Built to last, fully insulated and finished to the same standard as any interior room.
Roofing
New roofs, re-roofing, flat roofs and pitched roofs. We work with all common materials and take care of everything from structural timber to the final tile.
Renovations & Refurbishments
Full property renovations and room refurbishments. We breathe new life into tired spaces — kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and more.
Bespoke Joinery & Carpentry
Made-to-measure kitchens, fitted wardrobes, alcove cupboards, internal doors and staircases. Crafted to fit your space perfectly.
General Building Works
Blockwork, brickwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, and general maintenance. No job is too small if it needs doing properly.
Specialised Construction
Specialist civil and structural works (SIC 43999). We handle technically demanding projects with the same care and precision as every job we take on.
